PROGRAM & RULES:

Current Student Details

• Refer a new student to a May I Have This Dance class or private lesson, complete the card (or have the New Student complete) and earn a $10 "Credit",
• Credits are issued after the New Student is verified as a legitimate first-time client that was actually referred by the Current Student. The New Student must have completed their first class or lesson before the Credit is issued to Current Student. Please allow at least 7 days for processing.
• Credits can only be applied towards pre-registration for regular MIHTD class series or workshops held at the studio, Holy Name, or an official Park District Satellite location. Same-day registration using credits is not allowed.
• When arranged in advance, credits may also be used for entrance to TGIF, Strictly Ballroom, or SOS Dance Party.

New Student Details

• Qualified New Students must have been referred by a Current Student of MIHTD.
• Qualified New Students must fully complete a referral card, attach, and submitted with their first registration for any class, workshop or private lesson with MIHTD in order to receive a $5 "Discount." Cards are available at the studio.
• Referral Cards must include the Referrer's (Current Student) full name and e-mail, as well as the New Student's name, e-mail or phone and the Title and date of the first class they are enrolling in.
  
• Referral cards turned in after the New Student's initial registration will not be accepted.
• The discount is not valid for dance parties, special programs, visiting and guest instructor classes, classes hosted or co-hosted by other groups, or other special events.
• New Students may have to complete a contact information sheet upon their initial registration.

Referral Program Winner Details

• The Current Student who refers the most qualified New Students in 2010 will get 2011 regular class series and workshops Free!
• In the event of a tie, the winner will be randomly selected, or 12 months worth of free class series and workshops will be divided among the tied winners.
• The winner will be announced at the Student Appreciation Night TGIF in the following year, or by the end of January. If that winner has already registered for any series or workshops in January, they will be given a credit equal to the amount they paid for qualifying classes.
• MIHTD reserves the right, at any time, to terminate the Referral Winner's free class privileges in part or whole, for any reason.
  

General Rules & Limitations

• New Students are defined as those that have never taken any series, workshop, special program, or private lesson sponsored, taught, or hosted by May I Have This Dance or any May I Have This Dance instructor. They may have attended a dance party or a free public event such as SummerDance before.
• Referral card must be fully and accurately completed and turned in at the time of the New Student's initial enrollment. No exceptions. Cards are available at the studio.
• Only classes & events 100% sponsored by May I Have This Dance are included in this program.
• Credits cannot be applied to private lessons, special programs, boot camps, visiting or guest instructor workshops or weekends, special events, or events co-sponsored or wholly-sponsored by other entities.
• This program is not retro-active.
• MIHTD reserves the right, at any time and for any reason, to revoke, rescind, or otherwise change or cancel any Current Student Credits.
• Credits will not be awarded/revoked if MIHTD management determines that the New Student's referral claim is not authentic for any reason, even if the New Student's discount was applied.
• Discounts for the New Student may not be combined with any other promotions or discounts, have no cash value, and are non-transferable.
• Credits may not be combined with any other promotions or discounts, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire within 6 months of issue.
• MIHTD reserves the right to change or cancel this program at any time.
