Overview

• Refer a new, 1st-time student to a MayIHaveThisDance class or event and earn a 20% credit that you can apply towards a future MayIHaveThisDance class.
• Pick up referral cards and give them to friends and family. When they submit your card with their initial enrollment, you'll receive the 20% credit, as well as get a chance to win free private lessons and free group lessons for an entire year!

Detail Rules
• To get credit for a referral, the new referral must submit a completed MayIHaveThisDance Referral card with their initial class registration.
• MayIHaveThisDance Referral cards can be picked up at the main studio during one of our classes or events.
• If you do not have a Referral Card, the new referral can submit a piece of paper with the following information on it:

5) Class(es) enrolled:
6) Date:
7) Payment Amount:
8) Referred By:
9) Referrer’s E-mail/Phone:
• All information must be complete and accurate in order to receive credit.
• Referral Cards or the above information must be submitted at the same time and attached to the initial registration and payment.
• First-time students are defined as those that have never taken a lesson or attended an event sponsored, taught, or hosted by MayIHaveThisDance or any MayIHaveThisDance instructor.
• Referrers will earn a credit of 20% of the initial enrollment amount for each First-time student referred.
• The credit can be applied towards pre-registration for a MayIHaveThisDance class or workshop. Credits cannot be used when registering at the door. Advanced registration is required.
• Only classes and events 100% sponsored by MayIHaveThisDance are included in this program (classes and events co-sponsored or wholly sponsored by others are not included).
• Credits may be used for MayIHaveThisDance events and dances (such as TGIFs and SOS) if the credit earned and to be applied has accrued to a value of at least $10 and is requested at least 4 days in advance via e-mail to info@MayIHaveThisDance.com.
• Referrals and credits must be processed appropriately before being redeemed. Please allow at least 7 days for credits to be applied.
• The person who refers the most First-time students in 2008 will receive free MayIHaveThisDance group classes and workshops for 2009. Each First-time student will be weighted equally, dollar amount does not matter. However, if there is a tie, the referrer with the highest amount of credit earned will win. Winner will be notified via e-mail or phone the first week of 2009.
• This program is not retro-active.
• No credit will be given for 1st-time students that do not submit their referrer's information at the time of their initial enrollment. Referrer's information will not be accepted, and credit will not be given after the Initial enrollment is received.
• Credits cannot be redeemed or applied to private lessons.
• Credits have no cash value.
• Credits must be used within 6 months of referral date.
